By accessing or using the website www.trinitymandya.inand any associated digital tools or parent portal (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, parents, guardians, and users of the Service.

Trinity Centre for Learning ("Trinity") provides:

• A parent portal to view student attendance, test scores, and academic progress.
• Digital learning tools including a mark calculator, science simulations, and subject flashcards.
• Course and enrolment information for classes VII–XII (ICSE, KCET, and NEET preparation).

The Service is intended for use by parents, guardians, and students enrolled at or enquiring about Trinity Centre for Learning.

Access to certain features of the Service requires you to sign in using a Google account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us immediately at admin@trinitymandya.in if you suspect unauthorised use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used in a manner inconsistent with the purpose of the Service.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its systems.
• Use the Service to transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute content from the Service without written permission.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with Trinity.
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality.

All content on the Service — including text, graphics, logos, study materials, and digital tools — is the property of Trinity Centre for Learning or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Service without our prior written consent.

The digital tools provided (mark calculator, simulations, flashcards) are offered as supplementary academic aids. They are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Trinity does not guarantee that results generated by these tools will be error-free or that they will meet any specific academic requirements.

Always verify important calculations and results with your teacher or institution.

Academic data displayed in the parent portal (attendance, test scores, progress) is made available solely for the benefit of the enrolled student and their parent or guardian. This data must not be shared publicly or used for any purpose other than monitoring your child's academic progress.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trinity disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Trinity does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Trinity Centre for Learning shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the three months preceding the claim.

The Service may link to third-party websites and tools (such as Google, Trinity Simulations, or Trinity Flashcards hosted externally). These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Trinity is not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mandya, Karnataka, India.
